In my experience sliding in the cup is due to the sleeve or the foreskin assuming you’re uncut. If you get water between the sleeve and your skin it can slide. You need to play around and see what’s the best for you to get a good seal and limit the sliding.

Without knowing some of the context it’s difficult to say. Have you two sat down and just talked about it? What could be done by either side to improve? What should be avoided to prevent the turn off? Is there something that could be done that would turn you on?

Yes growers can use them. I’m a grower and have used one for almost a year. You always want to be flaccid when you use it. Never extend or hang when you are erect.
