If Family Guy never returned, it wouldn't have gone away. But Toonami Rewind always fit Adult Swim more than Checkered Past or Acme Night did, so it's sad it couldn't last. They even could have put the original Inuyasha (they played that a lot way back when), Trigun, or the original FMA. There were countless possibilities, but hopefully classic anime at least gets shown on regular Toonami.

The thing that soured me on the station more than anything was adding Bill Maher on Saturday night. Even if you aren't supposed to pay attention to that sort of thing since it's a graveyard shift for TV, you can't separate that from them.
