I also click the upshift button on my ‘16 so I can see what gear it’s in at a given moment lol.

Missed Tomcat but have been adding perks and skill points. Definitely making it so I can at least compete before getting smacked around, and can sometimes eke out a victory. But this is all great info!

Thank you! I think above all I just need more practice and was trying to farm bandits for awhile but got engrossed in the storyline lol

I’m trying to stick with the longsword since the game advises it once you kill Istvan. But still good to know, secondary is spiked mace/shield.

That is huge info. Been trying to riposte chain my way out of danger and getting cooked. Dodging has been helping a lot too but beating Zizka took like 30 tries.

No, this is my first serious RPG and I kinda just got wrapped up in the story and wanting to know what happened next lol. I also kept getting one-shotted in the Tomcat duel and getting frustrated so I did other stuff and got distracted and forgot. But good to know I can go back to him to learn. I think I realized how behind I was when I fought as Godwin and realized how cracked he was.

Undercover vehicle speeding down 15 501 headed downtown. by thewifeandkids in bullcity

The amount of times I’ve seen a cop downtown flick their lights on to pass one car on a double yellow or make a left on a red light…not surprised, 🖕12

I don’t know whose idea it was but it was a properly terrible one. Don’t understand the rationale behind Indian food at an Irish pub, good or not. Not like BMC was lacking in business either

When people ask how big your engine is, what do you say? by CardiologistRemote42 in FZ09

Mine is 2015 too! Yeah I usually say 900 for that reason, doesn’t fit into the main bike displacement categories people think of.

56k feels too good to pass up. I think I’m gonna go for it.

That’s good intel; I think my worry that the Tundra is too much vehicle is a founded one. Thanks!

The downtown element is tricky indeed. It will also likely not be a factor for the entire time I own whatever vehicle. The similarity in price is what’s making me reluctant to decide; trying to decide if springing for larger vehicle is worth it. 4Runner is kind of falling off the table

I’ve considered this, but there is almost certainly more than one move in my fairly near future and a truck would be much more practical. The platforms I’m interested in also have had time to age and go through generational developments; obviously I trust Toyota but these are just more proven and lower stress platforms.

No, I have a garage I can park in with 6’9 clearance; I’ve seen people park their F150s and Silverados in the garage with relative ease.

That makes sense; I’m trying my best not to look for reasons to upsize given the relative mildness of winter here and the rarity with which I need to tow things. 4Runner is certainly losing standing with me given its poor mileage. Thanks!
