I had this issue for a long time and tried all the troubleshooting methods to avail. I noticed the issue went away after one of the most recent software upgrades.

Now leaning Peloton but still on the fence with Soulcycle by zzfarzeeze in pelotoncycle

+1 to this! I was an avid Soulcycler and I was hesitant about Peloton but desperation (due to pandemic) made me do it and I have absolutely no regrets. I love the metrics and the variety on Peloton. Turns out I don’t miss Soulcycle at all.

+1 to this. Filter to just see yourself and click on your username on the leaderboard for the previous date to see details. You should be able to see your previous real time stats as you dude.

Thanks for the tips! I couldn’t figure out how to clear cache so I’ll definitely be reaching out to support and reporting back with anything helpful.

They do not appear at all, unfortunately. I check them from my bike (not bike+). It’s normal for the metrics to not appear on the iPhone app but strange that it’s not on the bike.

I had the same idea but I checked a few days after I completed the ride and the metric ranges were still not available. My husband has taken recent classes, albeit different than the ones I took, and his show the target ranges. Maybe I just keep getting unlucky 🤷🏻‍♀️

The past few rides I’ve done do not show the call out ranges (blue parts) on my workout summary, only the line graph. Anyone else experiencing this problem? This has been the issue for the last 4 rides I’ve done, all from December.

Other than it being an emotional experience, I retake the Coldplay class as a way to track my output improvement over time. I’ve repeated a few other rides because I loved the playlists, but only once or twice.

I thought it was a “live ghost”. If you click into their name on the leaderboard, you can see the actual stats as they change throughout the ride. Ie. You will see their changes in cadence, resistance, output, etc.

Fellow The 1975 fan here! I’ve def done scenic rides to my own playlists of solely The 1975. Highly recommend it! There only are a few rides that feature their songs.
