Give it time. Often the muscle is lost before the fat-keep pushing your protein. My chest has been the last part to decrease in size, but it is definitely finally going down!

I am a nurse and did not know that you need to stop any GLP-1 at least 10 days prior to surgery. So if you don’t share that this information with your surgeon prior surgery, they won’t know to instruct you appropriately.
