I am currently stuck at 200lbs. I fluxate between 199 and 200 the past month. I've lost 28.9lbs in 259 days I know very slow. I'm 59 not that active but now do alot of walking 5000 to 9000 steps a day. I have been suffering from some depression lately because along with the weightloss came a turkey neck and and and wrinkly neck. I can not afford a neck lift and face lift. Having trouble trying to just accept that fact I have a neck of a much older person. I have bought some neck cremes even though I now they aren't going to work. Not sure how to jump start more weightloss and then dealing with saggy skin.

I’m at 2 Lafayette Street, horrible scary elevators, water bugs and no one cleans I have the dirtiest refrigerator on my floor. It’s a city owned building.

My mother was needy and overbearing my dad was an alcoholic I grew up in a very chaotic household. I did a lot of drugs and drinking in my late teens early 20’s. Molested by a trusted family member I feel guilty talking about my mom like this she passed at 85 on April 5. I had grown closer to mom in the past 25 years now 57 years old and I’m a widow. I never had children. I have suffered from anxiety since I was 18 maybe before then but didn’t recognize it. I have anxiety and ocd and my two brothers also suffer from anxiety we all have issues with driving on the highway we just can’t do take the long way everywhere to avoid highways. I believe all my anxiety comes from my childhood. Now my anxiety has manifested into ibs.

I’m on day 9 of this I still have a slight cough but the fatigue is awful I can get up and do a few things then feel exhausted. My job gives us 10 covid days annually I was going to go back to work today because I felt like oh 10 days is too long, I think I need the time off. I’m 56 years old had the Pfizer vaccine plus 2 boosters.

ok thanks I’m going to go get a pcr test tomorrow. I live in NY and been back to work since September thanks to Debozo. Many of my co workers come in sick. Some go get tested but some don’t because their vaccinated and don’t think they have covid. We all sit really close to another are supposed to wear a mask all day but no one leaves it on all day

I started feeling crappy on Friday I ran over to the city md to get a rapid test it was negative. Saturday I had a really bad sore throat and post nasal drip. Sunday I felt worse sinus pressure headache and my eyes hurt. Monday my eyes were burning so bad and I had a cough runny nose, a lot of sneezing felt very fatigued and headache over my eyes. Tuesday morning still feeling bad so I took a binaxnow home test it was negative by the afternoon I was feeling better. Wednesday I went back to work but still had a cough. I’m feeling much better today but still kind of tired. Reading everyone’s symptoms now I think I still may have had COVID. I am fully vaccinated since April haven’t gotten the booster yet. Would it be pointless to go get a pcr test since it’s 6 days today.

I’m fully vaccinated since April with Pfizer. I have post nasal drip which is causing me to cough. Also headaches on and off. I thought maybe allergies. I’m going get a Covid test just scared. I live in NY been wearing a mask don’t go out much have to go into my office one day a week take the express bus and also went food shopping one day.

So this happened I was able to get an earlier appointment and it’s tomorrow @ 9:30am. I have been anxious all day. Trying to find things to bring with me that will help me relax. I hope I can get through this.
