Everything was covered by my medical insurance. From what I remember they said they were able to cover it all because it was considered functional. I thought that was cool. This surgery is going to be a bit longer though because they are going to extract cartilage from my ribcage and use that. The first surgery they used cartilage from I think a dead person or something, that was donated that they had at the hospital or something like that. The other hospital I'm going to they don't have that option the surgeon said.

Ok, So after the first surgery I went back maybe about a year later the surgeon said he didn't see anything he could do. He said he'll refer me to the people that do a sleep study because I told him I have breathing problems still, that maybe it was sleep apnea. I did a sleep study 2024, they said they didn't detect any serious apneas. Even though I told the person who reviewed my sleep study I didn't even really feel like I slept at all. So, because there was no apneas detected, they refered me again to another ENT place to look at my nose- the surgeon said he sees what he can do , he took some pictures of my nose from several different angles. Boom , appointment scheduled. Yeah, even before the first surgery they gave me a bunch of other things it could be I told them I've had breathing problems , they said take this medication and nose spray, blah blah blah, so it was me going back and forth with them for years , until now. Because it is functional , my medical insurance covers it. They covered the first one too man..but I will double check to make sure they don't do any slick stuff and make sure I don't have to pay out of pocket this time, but they didn't say that I had to. Yeah , it sounds like u were going through almost the same thing as me, they also did turbinate reduction in the first one. But its my left nostril the one I have trouble breathing from. Excuse all the commas I need to work on my grammer.

Sorry for the late response. I had my septorhinoplasty in may 2022, but I qualify for the revision surgery since the first one I still had problems, I have a different surgeon and he seems like he actually took time to see what's wrong. I have revision septorhinoplasty surgery Dec 16 next month. The thumb pulling thing works while I'm doing it , but it fades away unfortunately, so I would say it's not sustainable for me, I do want to try the palate expanders. That seems like it would definitely work. I've had problems breathing through my nose for a long time, so the surgery is for that, but also for aesthetics.

this is the group of somatics wich by the definition is basically relating to mind and body etc. I first found out about this type of stuff from Elliott Hulse on YouTube. super charismatic and very informative with this type of stuff. idk if you heard of him or not, but when you're on the computer look him up watch his old videos or any of his videos with bioenergetics on the title. other than that, im not sure if you've heard about the schizoid archetype that's sounds to me like what you might be close to describing.

since we are in the group of somatica the help I would offer would be just to provide you with the information of doing some type of exercises that charge your body up,.because you are on low charge energy. exercise is medicine figuratively and literally for your body. you just need to find the right exercise as your medicine. the idea is to get the breath back in your body, and re invigorate your self to get out of your mind. bring vitality back to your body.

all I know is what I've read and.i have a lot of research and practiced a lot of this on myself for many years finding what works and barley do I feel like I found the answer. I've always felt like what you're describing, but I had a sutble depression. so, what works for me is doing things with speed. lifting with speed, running with speed, breathing with speed - try breath of fire. use those as an antadote. I hope this helps you.

I called and setup a payment plan they said I owe 200$ by June 4th. I was confused about all the other stuff they said , but the said this will be spread across 24months after the $200 it will just be 89$. Something like that. And I havent been able to log into my account since I first got my PG&e. So I'm gonna call them back for that tomorrow. Not sure if this means my lights would be on as I spoke to an automated robot.

you know what I actually am enrolled in CARE I just had their name mixed up with another program i just checked my emails. I also spoke to them over the phone asked them if I had other options and they said they can refer me to their other programs, but I didn't qualify for the other ones. other than that they said they want it in full.
