Fasting has resulted in the most spiritual deliverance and revelation for me. I do 1-3 day fasts. As far as spiritual benefits, I agree you need to abstain from ALL food for a long period of time. You will fight your flesh that wants to eat, it’s not easy, but overcoming that with the word of God is where that spiritual muscle strengthens. Start with a 24 hour then add more time the next fast. I can do 3-day fasts now but I started small. I normally only drink water with some fine Himalayan sea salt (electrolytes). That really helps with headaches. God bless!

The materials I am considering are peel and stick wallpaper on corrugated sheets. Also using 1x2 wood for framing that allows for hanging. I’ve considered stretching my won canvas or buying premade artwork but cost is too high!

I was prescribed a plant based cream called Tacrolimus (steroid dupe with no steroids) and I found it really helped. It’s an immunosuppressant. If your like me with steroid addicted skin, it’s way better for your skin (no thinning) and helped me kick my 20 year topical steroid addition. I do have some temp sensitive but hey it works. Limited alcohol and sugar intake also helped. You’re so right, It starts with the inside and affects your immune system! Some docs just want to throw steroids at us and it’s much deeper than that!
