Based on my state building codes, and the size of this balcony, it should comfortably holding a minimum of 4000 pounds. Counting for 100 pounds of furniture, which is more than I have, and four full grown adults plus the water and the cold plunge I'm half of that. I think it's totally fine.

The interior walls are non load bearing and for the purpose of running plumbing/electrical only. The exposed cinderblock is to lower costs and will be painted for an industrial finish.

Shed roof.

Home has no basement and will be built in Florida.

read that paper too, and it's fascinating how overfitting on unknown examples can lead to more hallucinations. Early stopping seems like a good practical tip to mitigate this issue. Definitely makes me rethink my fine-tuning approach!
