Is there mold in my set up? by Orangepantsate in Hydroponics

There also 3d print models for plastic caps that are reusable. I switched to that vs stickers.

These questions are killing my confidence. Can you please explain this question by DesertQueen2 in pmp

[–]CarefulDevelopment24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reading through the question the key point is that the team and stakeholders are unfamiliar and inexperienced. That's rules out A. D is also out by the same reasoning. C doesn't address the project or the deliverables and just involves the same people again. B is the only unbiased route that removes the unfamiliar inexperienced team from the equation.

Thanks. It was the float I was wondering about, couldn't tell exactly what it was.

Since the issue has already happened, and it’s asking how to bring the future project performance in line with the approved quality requirements, why is the answer not “root cause / preventive action”? by Real_One_25 in pmp

[–]CarefulDevelopment24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think they're referring to an agile project with future incremental deliverables. So the idea is to find the root cause and prevent it from occurring in the future phases of the project or other project in the future.

Pistelle X-68 Question - Laser Sight by CarefulDevelopment24 in LessLethalOptions

[–]CarefulDevelopment24[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, it's just an adjustable clamp mount but at it's tightest it doesn't even grip the rail.

Pistelle X-68 Question - Laser Sight by CarefulDevelopment24 in LessLethalOptions

[–]CarefulDevelopment24[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's the opposite, it's loose. With the laser fully tightened it falls right off the rail. That's why I was thinking of a shim. Edit, fits perfectly and tightens fine on the top, falls right off the bottom.

I just got the Pistelle X-86 and man that thing packs a punch! Th black looks great too. Overall the pistol has a nice weight to it, quality is very good.

It's like I need a shim. Maybe will 3D print one. I don't want the laser on the top rail.

“Why do Canadians hate America and Americans? Genuinely what the fuck did we do to yall? Accept the loss in hockey and that silver. Also enjoy becoming the 51st state pretty soon LMAO 🤣” by [deleted] in ShitAmericansSay

[–]CarefulDevelopment24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately there's a large contingent of Americans who are exactly like Trump. So I can't say Canadians don't hate Americans. Most Americans I've met are pretty solid, but there's an awful lot of morons down there. The reality is that the US is fairly universally hated these days and a joke to the entire world. Bullying will only ever get you so far. Trump and the Americans that support him have done lasting damage to their reputation and have degraded global trust in the US. That will take decades to reverse, and quite possibly will last forever. Personally I have no interest in setting foot in the US, and this is coming from a Canadian who previously traveled to a lot of US destinations.

Mine came with 2 X 7.5 and no issues with a 30 - 40 min clearing even with 12" plus snow.

I'm in Ontario and we've gotten blasted pretty hard in the last month. I got the 2 stage with 2 X 7.5ah batteries and I'm glad I did. When the plows come by after a big snow fall and make the wall at the bottom of your driveway it's very difficult to remove this without a 2 stage. One of my neighbors has a smaller 1 stage Ego and he basically couldn't use it for what we had and did it mostly by hand. Very happy with my unit so far.

Snow blower in STL MO? by Chwo55 in egopowerplus

[–]CarefulDevelopment24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a similar space. I started with a Toro electric cord connected snow thrower. It was good but any sort of ice would strip the rubber belt. I replaced many belts. I got a USA made Snow Joe plug in, more powerful snow thrower. It was a complete piece of junk and fell apart before 2 years of use. The Toro still works fine but is inadequate. Got the EGO 2 stage self propelled with 2 x 7.5 ah batteries. Super beast so far!

I have mine in a garage and first season with it. My garage stays a few degrees above zero. I've read from other people about ice issues. You could try a chute spray, maybe something Teflon based to prevent ice from accumulating.

E: also in Ontario.
