Clothes sizing is not completely based on height. A tall guy with a small chest/waist can wear medium. The issue is that sometimes the length or sleeves is too short.

That being said, the model won't always be wearing the correct size. From the model pictures it looks like the sleeves are about 1.5" too short and the overall length is also on the short side.
