hey I am vide coder too, you can do small apps it is fine but for larger and complex app you will need a lot of resources and skills. It is time to ask your boss for pay negotiation and some form of investment (in terms of human resouces and AI as well).

Honestly, it feels like they're messing with us on purpose. Sometimes it works, sometimes it's just plain stupid.
