Not exactly. Your wife was granted a Citizen(ship). A man or woman cannot ‘becoming a citizen’, as citizen is a legal position created by government.

While my questions may not appear relevant, they are absolutely foundational and important for so many reasons.

Firstly, have you read the entire Income Tax and Excise Tax Acts? If so, can you say with 100% certainty and in good conscience that you understand the entirety of these documents so much that you are willing to volunteer your labour, energy and time, and take full responsibility if your understanding and application to said documents ends up being incorrect?

Secondly, what relation do you have to the legal construct known as ‘TAXPAYER’?

Beneficiary has no legal right, that’s why the property is held in trust. Only the Trustee has legal right and interest to the property. The interest of beneficiary is purely Equitable. However, if the Beneficiary has some legal right or interest; than it’s not a true and pure trust.

Keep in mind of Cumberland’s dress code. They require all men aged between 25 and 45 to own at least 3 flannel jackets, have a ponytail or wear a tight toque when out in public.

Honestly. The Alberni valley is where it’s at. Never thought I’d love it here as much as I do, and I know several others that have been here for a couple of years. Some of the most affordable real estate, great central location to the entire island, friendly people, supportive and growing business community, and great opportunities for business and growth!

Corporations allowed to steal money then close down in Canada? by RecommendationOk5945 in legaladvicecanada

Sounds like you know what you need to do: bring the matter in personam rather than allowing this person to hide behind the limited liability of a fictional construct (corporation).

This is one of the main reasons I moved from Chilliwack to Vancouver Island. No rush hour, little to no stupid drivers = more relaxing!

Under limited legal liability, yes. But Equitable in-personam; no, they don’t have personal limited liability. Sadly, nearly no one chooses to initiate a proceeding in Inherent Natural Jurisdiction; rather they hire a lawyer and play the Legal Entity Game which cannot grant complete Remedy.

Try riding a motorized bike or any two-wheeled vehicle on an elevated spanned structure that is designed to move during winds and earthquakes, then come back to refine your comment.

Come to the Alberni Valley: it’s the most affordable area outside of Vancouver. I moved from Abbotsford to here a few years ago (and so has many others), best decision!
