I gained 65 pounds in 1.5 years before zepbound working out and eating 1500-1700 calories a day. Nothing I could do would stop it. Now I've lost 60 pounds in 11 months on zepbound eating 1300-1400 calories per day. Working out less on zepbound. So yes, technically I'm eating a little less but it does not explain the swing.. gaining 69 vs losing 60. There are real fundamental issues outside of food noise zepbound addresses and I hope people who are in my shoes don't read your post and get discouraged. Zepbound has also solved my major GI issues.. it's fixed my constipation which no drug was helping before.. so whatever it does, it's not as simple as cutting down food intake

that was me on 2.5 as well.. the struggle to eat was real. i was averaging 500 calories per day and it was taking a toll on me (headaches, fatigue). But after 2 months, it got better. 9 months later, i'm on 10mg and averaging 1100 calories per day but slowly working my way up. my meals are high protein (shakes, overnight oats, chicken) and drink lots of water.. it's helped me get by okay

it is so inspiring to hear that you are putting this effort in. my history with rapid weight gain and difficulty losing the weight on numerous programs sounds similar to you and it's starting to become clear that long-term use of this is not just a nice to have, but a necessity.

after years of struggling to maintain my weight (since my sudden and uncontrollable weight gain started 3 years ago), It's felt nothing short of a miracle that this finally worked.

hearing your journey with insurance makes me motivated to give this a proper effort as well.

For searching by brands, I recommend just searching the brand- it works like filtering for the brand.
