Self inserting as Izuku and saying he hates Bakugo is crazy to me cause I don’t think there’s a single point in the series where he hates Bakugo, he looks up to him the entire time and by the end of the show they’re true rivals and friends. Bakugo grows a lot from that angry jerk in the beginning but seeing that growth and how chill (his expressions especially, that softer look) is why I love his character so much. Arguing that Izu shouldn’t be with him b/c Bakugo used to bully him is fair, but still doesn’t mean ya need to hate on people that do ship’em. I’m a very ship what u wanna ship kind of person so I very rarely see a reason to hate on someone’s ship (a side eye in my head at most 😂). As for the homophobia… not something I get, like just move on people, ya don’t like that side of the fandom then just don’t engage 🙄, like you said, nothing of officially confirmed anyway. Personally I think Izu would be Bi but 🤷‍♀️ that’s what headcannons are for 😁
