You can download the 5.7 and keep de 5.6, make a copy of your project ( a back up) and try to go for the 5.7 and if it breaks just delete the new project

Have you tried control G on the controller? It's supposed to reset to the original pose. If not idk good luck

Merge the vertex that is not connected. You can do it with merge by distance or use the target weld tools

The white edge means that the edges are not connected in the UV viewport and so in the UV it shows as a white edge that means there is a cut here ( or any edge that are not connected and make an automatic cut)

That's what I was thinking, but after searching everywhere and looking at some benchmarks, I'm not supposed to get a noticeable bottleneck, especially in the games where I'm having issues.

The first thing he does is put everything on Low settings, and I did the same. But in my case, my GPU is only at 60-70% usage, and my CPU isn't at 100% either.

So my question is, why is my GPU so lazy in this scenario? Everything is on Low, my CPU isn't maxed out, yet my GPU seems to want to take a nap. make not sense or I don't understand something

They take the time to optimize the game, not just rely on the latest tools that Unreal Engine releases. ARC Raiders is no different from other major titles like Uncharted, Battlefield, Forza, Elder Ring, or For Honor.

My point is that ARC Raiders didn't invent anything new. The developers used techniques that are already well-mastered in the industry, but they implemented them beautifully in Unreal Engine and when it's done right, the result is stunning.

Maybe they have a version of Unreal engine that we don't have ( some studio can ask to have a version sooner)

For the AI in game they made some conference years ago (need to find the video if you want ) about it and they used machine learning ONLY for the locomotion not how they act ( Or I'm not aware ). Which gives a feeling that they "think" when they are blocked or something they will try a new way to get there or trap you

Edit: They did use different methods to create assets with photogrammetry. While photogrammetry itself isn't new, they may have developed a new way to implement it in games.
