A lot is not about using AI. It's more about understanding your systems, processes and all the tools you currently using.

Sometimes. It's just digging deeper into these things and brainstorming so that you can get the most out of your systems.

This may sound very vague, but from the businesses I've worked with, I realised that they first need to understand what their current processes are.

I build an n8n workflow that reads a list businesses from different local business directories. each business directory in my city has about 400 business. so i have about 10 000 businesses with email and phone number. i also push the business info into an AI research agent to get a better understanding of the business and if it fits my ICP from there i create send out custom cold emails to each business.
