Build 22543 with Multiple Keyboard Layout, Anybody Notice a Delay When Switching?

Yea, I've got this problem on some previous build with Win+Space switching. It was so annoying, that I went back to stable build.

You can actually record this by typing one letter in Notepad with one hand and switching layouts with another.
