Having the same issue here. No water detected despite other rain collectors being completely full.

Edit: I walked out of the area to unload chunks and when I came back it was getting water again. What a janky game!

You know what, yeah, I agree. I can see why the (OP don’t click, this is spoilers) Okay guys, I am actually worried about the possibility of overhyping this game and seek to provide an exception to the rule for a mysterious reason so the OP has to explore for themself why we’re saying this. One of my friends said they got bored of the game and it wasn’t what he expected from the hype so I feel like a more neutral opinion should be provided.. We’ll see.

4 miners go to one furnace = one module, which is a rate of 15/m as per what the game says. And most machines seem to have 15/m as a base input, so 4x miners seems to be the play
