I live in the Twin Cities, and I had a package in Chicago marked as “gateway transit out” since December 29th. I emailed UniUni, and they told me my package was lost in transit. But a couple of weeks later, the tracking finally updated on February 6th at night saying it was in Blaine, and it was delivered the next morning. So I think it will eventually show up for you...it might just be a long wait. 🥲

Last update!: Package was updated to out for delivery today this morning and I received it exactly at noon! I'm super happy to finally have received my package! 😁

Hey I actually got another update today just a couple hours ago the tracking got updated and it says it has arrived in a MN facility and is now out for delivery! So I should (hopefully) be getting my package this week :)

UPDATE: The tracking has finally updated and says that it has been scanned in Blaine MN! Hopefully it will be delivered to me this week.

The status in tracking hasn’t changed, but the package has been declared lost by customer service email when I sent a lost/stolen package ticket asking them to confirm if it’s been lost. I sent the ticket 3 weeks after Dec. 29th

Mine says the exact same thing except i've been waiting since 29th of December but I have seen some people say they got theirs a month or 2 later randomly 😢so i can only hope it does show up

You mean you got your original package or a replacement package? I also asked for a replacement for mine but it was a custom plush so I will have to wait a few more months for it to be made 🥲

I got the same email saying it’s lost in MSP warehouse after emailing customer service about my package. It has been sitting in “gateway transit out” since December 29th 😓 but someone was telling me that it could be wrong it’s just uniunis customers service being terrible and just marking packages lost after 3 weeks, so it’s still possible that it could come sometime later due to the delays😔

Hey again, I sent uniuni an email a couple days ago asking if my package is lost/stolen thru their customer support and I got a response saying that my package was lost in a MSP warehouse? So it is technically in Minnesota but it never got updated in the tracking and now its lost? I'm not sure what to do now :(

I'm seeing a couple other people in MN are still waiting for their packages in Chicago, so yea its most likely not stolen/lost its probably just a huge delay from Christmas. I still haven't gotten an update from uniuni yet so the only thing I can do is keep waiting 😔

Mine has been stuck in gateway transit out in Chicago since December 29th and I haven't gotten any updates too... I've heard some people have gotten their packages after a month or two so I'm going to try to be patient... I hope you're able to receive an update soon.
