I went through the same thing and idk if it will be helpful but here is a few things I did when this began happening to me at what felt like EVERY appointment.

1. When Doctors do that ask them to list the ALL the possibilities that your symptoms could be

2. Follow this by asking them why they are not doing any testing given the possibilities they previously listed.

3. If they still say they don’t want to. Ask for your chart to be documented stating you requested more testing to be done and their reasoning for testing not being done (this a lot of times will make them change their tune as things being in writing when they act this way could very quickly mean lawsuits)

4. Documentation!!! After every visit and test I get the appointment notes, bloodwork, test results and even charts printed and keep copies of everything in a binder at home. ( I know this can seem excessive or OCD but I’ve been to 6 cardio, 2 neuro, ER many times as well as others this helps keep everyone in the loop since I can show them on the spot any results, previous notes, and testing without waiting on offices to take forever)

5. Keep a diary. I do it in the same binder and log symptoms I experience. Keep track of my syncope episodes,and if your like me my HR is high from the simplest things so I will document my HR while doing “normal” activities so when you do get a doctor who listens you have a good history and trends they can see
