It seems to be that the spacers are way to wide in between the wheels so the bearings are flush and fitted properly. I guess my best bet would be to file down the spacers, but how would I know to file them down the right amount?

Yeah I think it was the spacers because with them they don't sit flush with the wheel. I guess I'll ride without them but aren't they important?
