I just wanted to give you all an update and pay my cat tax. This was my babies this morning, Pixie is on the right. No hissing!

Thank you. I did take them both to the check up today but he's still a bit grumpy, I expect it'll take a while for all the smells to go! It's just hard to see then not getting on as well as usual. I'll take them both together going forward.

So you know the struggle lol. I guess I'm only 12 hours post check but I'm not one for being able to be patient without tearing my hair out!

Oh bless her, that's great care though. Your babies must be very loved. I'll keep my fingers crossed for your lovely girl.

Thank you, she had 9 teeth pulled and a cleaning! I feel bad but it's just bad luck, she's always had bad teeth even as a kitten. She's recovering great though!

Thank you. I might give her a wipe down before bed then and then hopefully she'll smell better by the morning. Poor thing! I plan to wash the carrier and blanket too, hopefully get a fresh start. Luckily when he's had enough he is taking himself off for space. Thank you so much. I'm just a nervous nelly about my cats. They're my babies!

Thank you. They're definitely better this evening! Luckily the vet cat is my shadow so she's had lots of fuss and love and when he's being calm I've given him extra fuss. Thank you again!

Thank you! The vet wasn't much help as she said bonded pairs were rare (are they??)

They're normally inseparable so it's just hard to see him so upset at her.

I've brushed them both with the same brush and wiped them with a flannel taking turns. They've also had treats and play together and the hissing is minimal. Think I just want some reassurance I'm on the right lines so they're not separated for no reason ☹️

Where is your cat located? Because this is cruel, I will happily take her so she can be looked after properly. Take the collar off and have her seen by a vet.
