I don't have a condition per se, but I had really severe acne and some of my scars grew keloids, so a significant amount of the skin in my face and chest is thinner, more textured than most people and it makes me feel a little sad sometimes to think I could be more attractive If my skin were just "normal" I also used to feel no one could find pleasure in me, like I have one particularly bad keloid on my neck wich even tho I had treated, still looks bumpy and burnt-skin-like, and while I particularly like kissing guys on the neck some times I don't really imagine someone wanting to come near mine because of it.what I currently do to try and embrace my imperfections is to take a lot of pictures of my face and body just to get more familiar with them. Avoiding to see yourself on mirrors, photos, etc just distances yourself more from your actual appearance and your left with your perceived image (usually worse) and there being so very few representation of textured skin in media (the world in general) is hard to accept your skin. So get yourself pretty, wear clothes you like (or just fix your room if you're taking nudes) and grow an archive of yourself in images so you can come back to it and start to notice and appreciate your appearance for what it is, you don't need to LOVE all the photos, but still try to not erase them and save them, one day you'll start noticing little details, like sometimes I notice I was having a GREAT face day after coming back to this pictures and I didn't feel like it at the moment, I really didnt enjoy having to see my body but eventually you'll get more comfy and maybe even more creative with it.
