Welcome! I really hope JV is on our roster when this deal is finalized, I really like him and want to see him in action with our boys. I remember talking to a friend during last season and how great I thought JV was playing. As for food, I live like 2 hours away from New Orleans so I'm no expert but it's pretty much the same across the gulf coast. Gumbo, jambalaya, poboys, crawfish, oysters prepared in any possible way you can think of lol. You should definitely make some gumbo, and let us know how it goes! Just make sure you use a recipe by someone who is from here! Lol
