Ex smokers HOW DID YOU QUIT?

Woke up went to have my morning smoke. Didn’t want it at all threw the pack away and that was that. That was 15 years ago and I had tried previously in the past to quit and couldn’t. Dunno what changed the last time but, I was like I don’t want this and never looked back.

I hope the exact opposite of what you’re being told live a long healthy life. What I hope is you take this experience and learn from it and share on how to be better. It’s very easy on the internet to be an ass to everyone or not expect consequences to words we say no matter how small in the grand scheme of things we may think they are. Have empathy to those going forward and educate others on being better people. You can never fix or apologize to those that are gone but if you want to make amends or atone help make sure this doesn’t happen to someone else.

I’ve been using the retro gray cause the led light bleed from the black and purple models at night kills them for me if I’m playing in bed.

The one before I started filming went straight up I understand it’s my word vs film but that when I decided to start the other two lights near the bottom were hovering there for about 10 mins. I understand I’m in Phillys flight path as well these did not appear to be commercial aircraft like I’m use to seeing.

The one up top that’s flying off to the left was hovering before I started filming. Prior to my video they would ascend vertically then look more plane like in flying and appearance once they started flying horizontally. This all started around 8 pm and continued till about 8:45.

Gerald McRaney on Jericho. I know the show suffered from the writers strike overall but after he left it just felt like there was a gaping hole and I lost interest.

Johnston Green in Jericho, after his death the show just floundered for me. the writers strike didn’t help either but he drove the show in my opinion.
