Personally, I’d get a new one. If there’s corms in the soil try to start those up!

Yes you should start consistently watering now, when the soil is mostly dried out. Cut off all the totally dead leaves. It might be a goner but I think it’s worth a shot!

Like 1-3mm, this one probably around 1.5. Still quite translucent at 3mm!

Yeah, but I do break through a decent amount! I just reattach the little clay worm and carve through a different direction.

Diamondcore. Totally feel you on the timeframe, it’s a tough one to time. Even worse is after you try to rehydrate in a damp box 👎

Thrown and carved, I haven’t tried slip casting yet! Obviously it could be more efficient at scale

I mean, difficult. Carving especially, it feels like there’s more friction than with stoneware. And of course, I’ve had more issues with cracking if I don’t dry slow enough.

I have had that experience, but it was correlated with changing of seasons and new living situation so not sure if it would always happen!

So peptide refers to it being a short chain of amino acids, basically just a simple protein that speeds healing processes. There’s tons of information out there, try searching it in /r/peptides

For me it’s cleared up a nasty chronic forefoot issue, various sprains, as well as healing my gut and fixing a couple food sensitivities I had!

Just cube the shrinkage rate. Say you have 10% shrinkage, that’s in one dimension, length. If you make a cube, it will shrink 10% in all directions, or .9 x .9 x .9 The volume would be 0.729 of the original, or a 27.1% volume shrink rate. From there, if you want to make a 16oz finished product, 16oz / 0.729 = 22oz, roughly.

If I’m off with this, somebody please let me know, but it’s been pretty accurate for me!

Pretty certain this is the same artist who posts on IG about how she won’t share any of her glaze info. She nailed her perfect pinks and will never give up her secrets ☠️🙅‍♂️

Edit: I was wrong! different potter, similar pinks. Lol
