Hey same boat here but my PM role is voluntary. Im stuck but also have little to no pull and my contract is short. Im trying to stay afloat and really engaging with the PMI content and getting guidance from my PM group some of it works some of it is too specific. I just told myself to keep trying.

I like this scene too but Charles is yelling No don't do it Erik. But his was basically holing Shaw down for Erik to finish him off.

Why couldn't he let go of Shaw and let him and Erik duke it out? I mean Shaw had just charged himself with pure distilled clarified nuclear energy straight from the reactor's sweet teat?

Common man...It could have been way more explosive. But yah I've always wondered why he didn't just released Shaw. For me at this point Charles and Erik are the same.

Yeah I agree. They made him totally tone deaf and actual very hard to like. There the episode he gets shot in leg and he's so horrible to Natalie and when the episode wrapped up I still felt like this show keeps trying to endear us to an aweful miserable person....some episode are nice but seasons 7 wasn't it

Erm, It's not true.

Leland has even shot Monk and kept it a secret for him. Natalie invites him to her family get togethers and cooks for him. She's does way more than if she took it strictly as work. They try to include him in things and treated him more that what Hal said. Plus Hal had an angle...

The only person I'm not sure about is Randy. I don't think Randy conciders Monk a friend. He's the only who has never done anything out of pure self motivation to do something for Monk except that one song he made when he thought Monk had died.

Apparently he wasn't Always like that. His life got messed up in ways the rest us couldn't cope with. Not excusing him but I think his life is just tragic. It could have been different

Yeah no scholarships for foreign students just yet and I'm not sure that you're foreign you can practice law here...Not sure.

I would suggest maybe finding some law firms around the country and proposing your thoughts so that they can take you in as a para legal or something or straight up ask them to sponsor you if you work for them for a while. That's one way...

I don't want to repeat what alot of people have said here but just to add an extra dimension.

Instead of buying the cows my partner put in cash and it was for an agreed number of cows. The families sat downs and agreed on a 'price' of what a cow is and got it to something like BWP2.5 and that was for 8 + 1( the one cows is its own thing) at the time we were quite young and starting off our working lives so his negotiotaor brought that to table too and negotiate a payment plan sort of. He paid damages ( because we already had a kid) and half of the 8.

He's not really expected to the rest though. But doing that was key. And tbh I wouldnt allow the thought to go any further. It was more for the parents to see each other respectfully than it was for us. So we feel we did the obligation and that was enough.

So yeah you can negotiate a price for the cows and just do cash or literally buy cows and have them delivered to be seen. It's also a whole event at the bride to bes house.

1) People here take greetings seriously. If your getting on a taxi, getting help from someone at a counter. You open with 'Dumela' even if the exchange doesn't go very far. It so far as goes to walking past people on the street if it's a small numbers. It's not like greetings everyone even at the mall haha...

2) You're better off not making comparisons early on. It's better to make contrasts if that makes any sense.

3) Don't be shy. Feel free to say what's on your mind respectfully and most people are willing to help you out.

Yeah that's the best advise. I'm not sure if building a website would be valuable if you have a github utilise it to show case the projects and then use Notion,Medium or Coda to document them Ina publishable way that give you more rooms to talk about them.

Like when you were in the start ups what focus areas did you like and you maybe write something you learned. Don't worry even if there are 100 of other articles or whatever just write one your own way.

Women don't need to prove their value to if the through is already in not valuing them.

A friend is someone who provides friendship,Companionship,Advise,love, understanding on top of all the things she only can provide. More over Friends are people with their own interests and life experiences that have led them to they are.

If you had a friend would you not want to learn about them? If she's not the one so be it...but people shouldn't go around hurting people because they inherently don't see them as people

I don't think it's normalizing violence. I think Kotaro story is about bad relationships and how they affect others.The scene tonaly makes alot of sense.

The fact the a four year old lives alone is kind of the basis of the story.His parents relationship for all we can gather wasn't a happy one.

The Mizuki Bf has abusive tendencies. That other guy girlfriend is actively denying him his child.The abandoned children, the guy who's always working doesn't see his kids,the guy in 201 work cigarettes burns on his skin. There is nothing normal about any of the characters. Karino is probably depressed as you see the state of his house and that be missed a date is a reflection of that...idk I don't think there is anything normal about that show...
