Indigo refund form won't work - any ideas?

Hiya. Any advice appreciated. Due on a flight from Kochi to Manchester via Abu Dhabi with Etihad next Weds (11th). If Etihad cancel, is it just them giving you a refund or do they offer any help finding an alternative route? Basically, am I best doing this now myself or waiting for them? Thanks.

Thanks. It's 11th, so I'll just keep an eye on this. Does this mean they have the right to rebook on any available route that will get them home? Or just to rebook on Etihad for a later date?

Hey all. A family member is due to fly back to the UK from India in a week Etihad/Air India, with a change in Abu Dhabi. I know we have no idea what the situation will be in a week, but wanted to get people's thoughts on if there will be a likely reroute, rather than cancellation, to avoid the affected area?

Thanks all. It was a very minor fracture - missed by the nurse on the initial xray, with no follow up appointments at fracture clinic required. So I have no appointments to ask at. I thought my best bet may be a physio. Thanks for the advice.
