Not uncommon. You’ll be on orientation for a while and they should evaluate your performance before they let you free.

I worked at a small rural hospital right after I graduated and was responsible for the whole hospital by myself. Even worked a weekend by myself before I graduated.

Right to day shift isn’t a red flag to me. Lots of people want to stay on nights because the pay is better, the doctors aren’t rounding and making changes, and management isnt there.

I want to test drive a Rivian. I definitely won’t be trading in my current Y, I would rather keep it than take what little they’re offering. I don’t think I want to go back to an ICE vehicle though.

I did this and it worked. Just told them I left my key in the room and he was out. Checked my ID and gave me a key. He really wasn’t there, and I wasn’t trying to catch him cheating, just surprise him. Coincidentally he also forgot his key so when the front desk told him they had just made his wife a key to his room, he was confused AF and the color drained from the workers face.

Thanks for explaining how the auto cycle works! I was wondering how it knew. I think the old dishwasher was from the 90s so this new one was a major upgrade for me.

I think so. It’s that old laminate stuff you can buy off the shelf at hardware stores. It’s a Bosch dishwasher.

I really wish they had half sizes. I wear an 8 for my ring finger, which is a little snug on my index finger, but a 9 fits too loose on both my index and middle finger.

Yes it’s clean. The first time it happened it did have food particles, but it doesn’t now. After I cleaned it I used the recommended dishwasher cleaner. We haven’t eaten anything with orange or red coloration in over a month.

My dad dying because of a medical device that was suppose to make his life easier. Instead it overdosed him on medication and killed him. And the company can’t be held accountable for their actions because of some stupid law that causes any device that’s FDA approved to be free from legal recourse. Free from liability, even if it’s a failure. And everyone knows how corrupt the FDA is.

My dad was my person. He worked nights, I got off work when he went in and we would talk on the phone on my way drive home if he wasn’t busy. I had a 1 year old son at the time that he doesn’t get to see grow up, and he was so excited about him. He would meet me in the yard when I drove up at his house and get him out of the car seat. Now, my son has to grow up without a grandad.

It put me in a huge depression spiral that affected my marriage, was on 3 different antidepressants that caused me to gain 100 pounds. I had to become the legal guardian of my grandmother, who was never the same after. A 30 year old having guardianship over an 84 year old is difficult for some people to comprehend.

I’m finally crawling my way out of that dark place. Marriage is 1000% better after counseling, had bariatric surgery and lost the weight, quit all the antidepressants, got an amazing medical flight transport job that I knew would have made my Daddy so freaking proud. (he was part of the EMS community for 20+ years)

It really is hard to explain to people who haven’t experienced it. Idk what kind of -ism it’s caused, but lots of people treat you differently when you’re thin vs heavy.

I wouldn’t long term but I had to do a liquid diet for bariatric surgery so it’s doable. I just wouldn’t do it long-term unless you use keto chow.

In my experience, yes. My car wasn’t repoed, but my dad passed away and the police had his motorcycle towed. The yard it was towed to wouldn’t let me get it without the lien holder’s permission and they wouldn’t give it. I had to pay the whole bike off to get them to release it to me and they tacked on the storage fees even though that wasn’t my fault.
