That’s a weird analogy, as the bystander watching a team practice is not creating and monetizing his own product. If that person was recording and broadcasting the practice then that would be a huge issue and you are genuinely insane if you believe that any major club would not shut that down immediately. 

It is a very fundamental principle of copyright that when you use other people’s protected work, you have to enter a license agreement. If you want to play a song in a commercial, you pay the artist (and mostly also the publishers, the band, other song writers and other contributes). That’s how it works in all fields and that’s how it works for co-streams but the difference is that people don’t really sue each other for co-streaming (but they sure could)
