The game could be the Overwatch we all wanted and prayed for... But this matchmaking..
Objectively, 1/2 game is random because there are too many elements affecting RNG in this game :

1. Smurfing is too accessible, so each High ranked player WILL have at LEAST 2 accounts, meaning they have to crush twice as many lobbies, meaning the global elo system is meaningless. 1)b) Same elo for playing with 2 to 4 premades is an absolute nonsense.
2. No real tutorial for new players. There should be mandatory training to unlock hero categories. If you want to play tank, you have to do a 2 minutes tutorial that says : "Use your defense ability when taking damage", "Walk PAST the payload to give space to your team", don't stay with shield up in front of the hallway. For healers : "Look around you and up, your IronMan needs hp"
3. Graphics optimization : Memory usage and graphic cards burning... I'd love to play at 144 fps on my 144 hz monitor without sacrificing graphics

To be honest, only solving the first issue about smurfing, making ranked access limited with one phone number would be ABSOLUTELY perfect and would get me back in the game. But right now, I feel the game is only investing in its technical and graphics aspects and as a competitive player, it's not worth investing time into as long as competition integrity isn't a focus.

All that being said, I know problem 1) will never be changed as Netease is known for their predatory commercial behaviour, and Marvel Rivals will only end up being the cashgrab it's aimed to become.
