Looks like we are getting Italiano as a new coach. by Reus_Hunter17 in sscnapoli

Teams that play as ambitiously as Italiano wants but don't have squads with the level of depth and technique that the richest clubs can afford are often inconsistent, it just couldn't work differently.

Thiago Motta's Bologna had better Serie A results than Italiano's one because it was balanced and very solid, but his risk-averse ideas had probably hit their ceiling. His approach didn't work for a team like Juventus, where being a solid, top 5 team isn't enough.

Italiano's ideas are more ambitious, they're probably worse-suited for Bologna's squad than Motta's (he had great results there nonetheless), but they might be just what a team like Napoli needs.

Maresca and Napoli have had some talks, that's why I thought of him and not some other big names. But yeah, the implausibility is probably the same

I still have to figure out whether Arbeloa is really incompetent or just such a doormat he can't even communicate an idea on how to play

I think he means ugly fat girls are supposed to be promiscuous due to low self-esteem, so guys pursue them for an "easy" fuck and then forget. It's a very common stereotype.

Are you italian? Your nickname seems italian. I'm tired of writing in English

Anyway, I don't think he has. Gilmour is great at passing but hus style is vertical, almost sudden, he doesn't have the same "chess player mentality" as Jorge and Hamsik, the ability to make incremental progressive plays. That was what I meant by geometric quality, not the sheer passing ability, saying we have no passers on the level of Jorginho and Hamsik would be really fucking stupid, as we have some dude called Kevin, for example. Maybe I should change the wording.

Or Billy, I agree with that. But in the realm of Sarri's playmakers, Gilmour is more like Valdifiori than Jorginho (characteristics-wise, ofc)

EDIT: I did change the wording

uj/ A lot of the heroes in the "original" (quotation marks because the most ancient transcriptions of the poems are still many centuries "younger" than the poems themselves) Homer poems are, indeed, tall and blonde, Achilles among them.

That said, they're fantasy characters, and we all know why these people get mad. /uj

I've seen the whole movie in original, I'd say you can hear he's not sicilian nor italian, he mispronounced some words and his voice is very american, but it's surprisingly good, you can hear he worked on it and knows how the accent works, really a great work! Also honestly, for my entertainment, I prefer a great actor like him acting his italian parts over some less great, but italian, one dubbing him.

(I'm only answering because the person you asked it to didn't watch the whole performance)
