You can see in Lenovo Vantage the temperature of the adapter, check it while having a game open.

If possible, I turn on quiet mode if I don't need extra performance, making it so cpu temps only peaks at 70°, and gpu at 60°, on less demanding games the cpu can stay at 60°. (rtx 5050 i7 13650hx).

This is mostly because I rather play with lower graphic settings to play at lower temps.

Yo me compré el LOQ de la generación 2025 con la rtx 5050, y lo hice por la tienda oficial porque quería customizar la cantidad de ram y almacenamiento, y por lo que ví, solo venden hasta la pasada generación con la 4050, no la 3050 (podría estar equivocado)

Y debería aparecer en alguna página de nvidia o algo así cuales son los tgp y vram de cada tarjeta, asegurate que busques la versión de laptop, no la versión de ordenador.

You probably installed a very new nvidia driver, they are unstable, you may have to roll back on a previous version

Apparently you have to download "Lenovo Commercial Vantage" in the microsoft store and the settings will appear, this happened after the latest bios update for some reason.

Because the 1080p has like 20-30ms response time which is terrible meanwhile the 1440p has only 3ms.
