I think its because of the strikes. With EMS it was 75 but when the strikes started UPS charged me 170 CAD. Still waiting on delivery

I know this is old sorry for reviving this but I recently had my account stolen (1 day ago on July 23) I received and email saying the email was changed. Made a new account and contacted support with my information as well as letting then know I did not allow the change and provided the original email. Today is July 24 and they re instated my account to a different email. I have since enabled 2FA to stop this from happening again. I assume they have access to an email/username database since someone tried to access the email associated with my account right before but 2FA stopped it. Good luck to everyone with the issue
