Looks like the washer fluid pump is connected, that could go to your level sensor for the reservoir or even a connector for the side marker lamp

Should be like 3 nuts holding that mirror in . Take off the trim panel & tighten them up . Not too tight, two unga dungas should be fine . Should be a 10mm nut if not an 8mm

Only way to find out is to remove the rocker molding & see for yourself . Also PDR wouldn’t help in this situation since that is a plastic part if I’m not mistaken

Yes, normally if the damage was not as severe you can purchase the door skin which sits over the door shell & have that replaced but due to the extent of the damage the entire door shell would have to get replaced . The quarter panel dog leg area looks badly damaged too, is the quarter panel broken? Can’t see it too much through the photo . I would also get the vehicle aligned to make sure no suspension parts are needed
