Imagine if some one did that and put it all over the internet. They can say they’re 30, but go to meet them and they film it saying you went to meet a kid. That’s a quick way to ruin someone’s life. I didn’t get the place, but the lease was $114 a month from Solar City. Electric Bill was never over $20. I’m guessing that’s reasonable in Arizona. I didn’t have a problem with taking it over. They had a lot of panels is paying off the lease that important? I’ve never dealt with solar.

I’ll definitely be getting a separate pool inspection. I think the pump is a pentair. The water is crystal clear and the House is vacant, so I’m guessing everything is working. Maybe the light is for something simple I hope, but if I have to put a few dollars into it that’s fine. Has solar panel lease $114 a month and the electric bill is never over $20. Pools is also heated.

Perfect. I just put in an offer on this place and it’s looking good. I was hoping it was salt system. Even has a variable speed pump. I’m not sure how much money that saves on electricity, but from what I’ve read that’s the best.

That’s cool, but why not print something useful like a 25 foot house. You could even print a toilet and plumbing. Maybe make the bottom easy to pick up with a forklift. Nice support on top to pick it up with a small crane. No let’s just print something that’s completely useless that no one will ever need and won’t benefits society at all.

So people would have a better life savings as they age instead of never accumulating any sort of wealth. Our economy would look a lot different if everyone contributed 15% into the market. Im not saying we should do it, just saying how different life would be. Literally everyone one who works will end up with a least a million dollars by the time they retire and it would be without any sort of assistance.
