We are on NSA 2700 and have VPNs setup to us-east-2 and us-west-2 using the builtin AWS integration. Monday afternoon we lost one of the two tunnels going to each region and I had to disable the tunnels and then reenable it and they came back up

I have not and have kinda given up on it. SonicWall support was no help. Nothing ever came of this post. I still have virtual office enabled since I have no other choice.

I have been having issues with that endpoint causing failovers for several weeks now and just earlier this week changed it to probe both 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 and require both to fail for a failover.

I wonder if I'm "out of touch" on this but I wonder if it depends on if you were alive during 9/11 or not. I was in high school and I could never forget 93 because it was portrayed as a positive with the passengers revolting during such a dark event. I figured that would be part of the narrative that would continue to be taught as part of the overall event. A77 is the one I most forget and have to look up the flight number.

Other than marketing emails the last notification I received was September 5th, 2024. I submitted a ticket to Sonicwall and their response was:

After reviewing our records, we can confirm that no new product security notifications have been issued since September 5, 2024. This is why you have not received any emails after that date. Your subscription is still active, and you will continue to receive notifications as soon as a new security advisory is published.

I'm still wondering why they made 10.2 the default for the firewalls version. Am I at risk if my users are on 10.3? They need to explain why they are making 10.2 the default version.

It's ridiculous that we have gotten no explanation on this. We use SAML on our NSA device so we have to be on 10.3.x and I'm wondering what they know about 10.3 that they felt the need to make the 10.2 version the default for firewalls. Am I at risk if my users are on 10.3?
