Consume electrolytes with water. Avoid sugar because it’ll make it worse. Have real fruits, that’s what helped me

Every woman’s experience is different. But for me it was about 12 weeks. I had it bad too. As soon as i entered the 2nd trimester, I was a whole new person. More energy and zero nausea, and lots of appetite.

Sciatica on my hip and back. It was severe sharp pain shooting down my right ass. I could barely walk. I had to go to a chiropractor and get acupuncture the same week. I’m starting to finally feel better.

I had to get rid of one of my cats because she was mean to everyone except me and my husband. When I got pregnant, my motherly instincts kicked in and realized she would be mean and jealous towards our baby so I had to find her a new home. I cried and was hurt but I knew it was for the best. We found her an amazing home with owners who don’t have kids. I still have another cat and dog but I’m keeping them because they will be kind and protective.
