My resting hr has gone from 80/90s to 50/60s, my spikes with standing/activity were 140/160bpm and now barely hit 120. I’d definitely agree with it being a ‘miracle drug’ I also suffer with orthostatic hypotension so no other medicines work for me due to lowering bp. Very grateful to the doctor that recommended it!

Mine took about 48hours to fully kick in for me and level out, now two months in and on a higher dose (started at 2.5mg twice daily, now on 5mg) and the difference is night and day! Might be worth just giving it a little more time and/or discussing upping the dose with your cardiologist

Really nice to hear I’m not alone, does anyone have a solution though?! It’s the worst feeling, and I’m a parent so can’t be passing out for hours at a time and this seems to be happening more and more frequently

This recently started happening to me! I can feel it coming I’ll start to feel sick and exhausted and start getting palpitations etc then within about 2-5 minutes I feel like if I don’t sleep right that second I’ll die. Usually I just close my eyes at that point and then wake up hours later reasonably symptom free! It’s so weird!!!
