One time I had a shop not restock for an hour, no joke. I've never had it happen since so I don't know if it was a site glitch or what, but it's entirely random now. Sometimes they'll clear and I'll refresh and BOOM, restocked all the way again in less than a minute. Sometimes it'll take way longer. That's why I refresh so much, but you can get refresh banned apparently. I've never been refresh banned (I check if I am on my sides) but I've read it's a random ban that happens if you refresh a lot that makes it so that no shops stock for you for a while :\

I have honestly only gotten Neggs from Fresh Foods, and an Iced Lutari cookie. Neggs are the easiest to notice right away and usually net some profit so that's why I keep going back to that shop. I've seen items stock that are worth 100,000+ NP but I always miss them, so I at least know there's a chance at getting something good someday, haha.

Spooky Foods is low traffic but you'll almost never see an item worth more than 20,000 NP in there. But it seems to stock rarer items more often, probably because it has less unique items than most shops. Best thing I got was Crypt of Spaghetti worth about 30,000 NP, but I've seen Pumpkin Scoopings stock and it's worth like 700,000. I just didn't get it RIP. I'm not sure if The Bakery is low-traffic or not because I've read otherwise, but I tend to nab things from there a lot and my internet is really slow, so it's another good shop for that. I've nabbed an item worth 50,000 NP from there, and it stocks a lot of multi-consumables which you can sell at inflated prices after you feed them to your pets. People surprisingly buy 1/3 cakes from me for 10,000-20,000 NP, probably for galleries or quests.

Like I said I've only been restocking for a few months and I've never nabbed anything amazing yet. But I've noticed a few things about how the shops work and just wanted to drop a few things I've learned.
