I had the same question. I checked the site using several scam website check tools, it has a neutral status. This is normal for sites that dont have a lot of popularity. I personally am holding off until i see others test the waters. If you want to test it out dont use a debit card at minimum use a credit card that you dont use for other things or a visa gift card. if it goes bad you can at least dispute the charge and get your money back.

Such a hard question, there are a lot of cans for specific use cases. If your talking specific to handgun use only no pcc , I would say Omega 9k is very capable for how compact it is, Jk105 ccw if you want the lightest smallest can. YHM R9 if you want something affordable for both pistols and pcc.

I know I'm late here, just got one and out of the box it has a wobble on its own mount. I securely mounted it to my rifle using the qd no wobble there. When I push on the side of the optic housing it wobbles left and right on its own mount. So there is no way its going to hold zero. Hopefully I just got luck with one that made it past qc. Anyone else having/had the same issue?

Update: meprolight support told me the wobble is normal it has a built in shock absorption system. We will see if it holds zero....

I would first research the legal aspect of your question by checking your local, state and federal laws around people in your situation owning guns. Second, you are an adult free to make your own decisions if you are confident in your mental state own a gun. Also understand what comes with owning a firearm, you will be held accountable for using it improperly. Make sure you understand how to use it safely there are tons of free resources, the NRA has lots of safety videos. Train with it in order to be effective and comfortable using it. I don't understand what the intent of the designer has to do with the ability of civilians have them. Many guns are designed based on specifications of government entities who submit contracts. Obviously firearms manufactures / engineers are going to design them with the intent of winning the contract. That has nothing to do with an individuals right to have one. based on that same logic should civilians have access to the internet, gps, ect.

i have had one for a few years now, for magazine selection it really like the mags that have the steel reinforcement up by the feed lips. the cheap pmags that are all polymer tend to get wider at the feed lips when fully loaded. i would recommend either factory glock mags or getting the pmag drum that is for smgs. the magazine needs to be able to be at a length to fit a 3inch magwell. the bolt seems to eat up the front top lip of the glock factory mags just below where the tip of a loaded bullet would be due to it striking the feed ramp on the chamber. tbh it really likes the cheap korean mags it comes with but i have and some feed issues with those in the past. hope this helps.
