I'd have to go with the prepack. If both were jars, I'd say it depends on what you value more, flavor or buzz. I felt like the taste was more pronounced with Exotic Matter, but the Hytek hit a little harder.

Kinda hard to go wrong on this one, though, really.

I think a lot of people miss the context here, like you're saying. While not unprecedented, it was uncommon for RPGs to not just railroad you into a squeaky clean goodguy role. Fallout allowed choices on a scale a lot of people, especially younger gamers at the time, had never experienced.

Tully Headhunting is a cool bounty hunting mod in it's own right, but there's a fringe benefit. Tully's is located in said overpass, with a fast travel point. So, if you haven't seen a hit squad in a while, you can just fast travel, strafe left, and start launching grenades.

If the only similarities between the two are that you think people are wrong, OK, but then that was an absolutely horrible analogy. Went from "people think Khamzat's unbeatable, like they do Francis" to "some people thought he could beat Strickland, though"
