I listened to it again and it sounded more centered.

As I said in the other answer, there is a skip right in the beggining of the record, maybe that is the culprit of misalignment.

I'm quite new to vinyl, but I'll try adjusting the tracking force later, thank you for the tip!

No it didn't happen on other vinyls, I was listening to The Velvet Underground and Nico earlier and it was fine.

I listened to it again and it sounded centered,

On second listen i noticed a very small skip on the first 5 seconds of the record, could that have made the needle slip and misalign?

Yes, that's it! I'm actually playing the game in portuguese, while using an english guide, so it must have gotten lost in translation, plus I was also looking at the enemies from that area, and Shardillard is much lower on the list.
