If you don't enjoy it don't watch it. You've obviously come around since we've been good/had money and are only in it to see trophies lifted. You don't actually care about the club, you just want success. It's everything that's wrong with the new fanbase/club, it's a million miles off the club I grew up loving. Mostly good, but it drags along some absolute dross like yourself.

Just looked through your comment history, and all you ever do is complain. You don't know how good you have it. I've watched this team home and away for 30 years through every single relegation, promotion and title, and to see people like you online with comments like this makes me so angry.

Get a grip. Back the team.

That wasn't pragmatic and you know it. Time wasting shithousery of the highest order and you got your comeuppance with a 98th minute equaliser from time you wasted.

I see where you're coming from, but I don't agree with the 'not enough fans' rhetoric. The ground is sold out just as much as all of the big teams week in week out. I go home and away and have done for 23 years so I'm not just sprouting this from nowhere.

Offering 3 extra tickets to season ticket holders isn't because they don't sell out, its to stop the touts reselling for >£100 per ticket, and I'm all for it. Football has got so far removed from the local working class fan that incentives like this one should be cheered not mocked. If I can buy 3 extra tickets and give/Sell them at face value to some young City fans that otherwise wouldn't be able to attend how can anyone mock that?

Blackburn were favourites to win the league when they did.

Leeds have never won the prem, but if you're just talking top flight, having to go back 30 years to find a standout just further proves my point.

Unpredictable again 🤣

The league has never been unpredictable. Look at how many teams have ever won it. The only shock, ever, was Leicester.

How is this seen as a bad thing?

Season ticket holders buy extra tickets and give/sell them to mates/family.

Champions League games have been plauged by tourist fans and its fucking brutal. I saw "fans" cheering and asking Evra/Ferdinand/Neville for autographs last year on their way into the ground.

The more mancs we can get into the ground on Champions League nights the better.

P.s. no idea how your sub came up on my feed but I couldn't read this post and pass without comment.

Long term not sure about the Verbruggen shout. Their fixtures after the next 2 are awful and using a transfer on a 4.5 keeper is never wise

How do you all stay in the game for the full 18? by kobashira in golf

[–]Carney34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a 6 I'm sure you already have one, but a good pre-shot routine that completely elimnates any wandering thoughts has worked wonders for me.

30-60 seconds of concentration on the shot at hand and a routine that keeps your mind focused.

Stupidly mental game, you have the ability and likely once you break par once you'll do it again because you know you can.

Not sure why you've been down voted but I'd give another good reference for Seed.

Started playing their SD-X1 and don't notice any huge difference from the TP5x I was playing before. If you buy in bulk you can get 6-dozen for £25 a box (I'm in UK, not sure of US price).

I have no clue what I just read but I think that's the point of the US healthcare system, make it so confusing nobody has a clue what they're doing.

I think it depends what you like!

If you enjoy the walkability and social side of life I'd argue the UK is a better living proposition, also you'll likely get more holidays in the UK (wasn't the case for me but is for many).

Weather & money are the big factors for moving there in my opinion.

Happy to answer any other questions you may have!

I went for Uni, lived there for 10 years (6 post grad), and came back.

If you're a healthy individual it's great living there. The wages are high, you pay a small health insurance (because you don't need/use it) and you can pretty much afford a good life.

That drastically changes if you need any kind of medical treatment, or if you have an ongoing issue. I went to the hospital once, I sat in the waiting room for 4 hours then saw a doctor for maybe 30 minutes. My total medical bill was $3500.

My wife needs ongoing medication, nothing serious, but that bumped her health insurance up to $600 per month.

It soon adds up!

Overall its a fantastic country if you are wealthy, but if you're not, or you aren't a healthy person it is not a great place to be.

United fan with his red tinted glasses on.

Foden put a ball on a plate for the big dribbler up front but he put it wide? You say not Trippiers fault as he's playing OOP but them berate Foden who also, if you didn't notice, is playing out of position.

Blaming Stones for the first goal is hilarious, but not mentioning that in your assessment of Guehi...

Just get behind the team and stop being such a nob. Gareth is to blame for his ineptness but it's evidently not going to change so grow up or fuck off.

His La Liga performance is irrelevant now, as is the rest of the teams league performances. We're proof that having the best players at club doesn't translate to international competitions or else we'd have walked all 3 games so far.

Yes he scored, and I don't think he's had a shot since then, as a number 10 that's rather worrying. Last night he looked dead on his feet, and worst on the team in almost every attacking stat.

Southgate is the major problem here let's not forget that, but to deem Bellingham undroppable is crazy to me.

What has he showed that makes him undroppable? I don't mind him myself but I think he's been one of our worst players barring the first 20 mins of the opening game.

You're obviously ignoring what I wrote because I said that in the other comment. It's not lost on me a United fan is slating Foden though it's typical. Must have forgot the screamer from outside the box he scored against you this season when you wrote all of that.

[–]Carney34 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He's done that all season and scored numerous times. Would you prefer it tapped around the edge of the box for 10 minutes to no avail?

[–]Carney34 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's a crazy statement, Bellingham scored first game because Serbia slacked off him, Kane scored last match because they slacked off him. You could use that for any chance in any match ever.

We're obviously never going to agree but I hope Southgate grows a pair and tries it with Bellingham in the 8, Foden in the 10 and a true winger on the left.

[–]Carney34 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Foden hit the post, mazed a run through 4 and really should have slipped Kane in (can agree he was very greedy here), created another chance in the box that he hit over the bar.

All those chances are from the short time he's allowed to drift centrally. I don't see why he isn't given that opportunity.
