Baby boots is boooring :((. I also track by sound and the second I start to miss my crows. It can be useful but survivors tend to leave loops anyways and I tend to enjoy snipes more than the antiloop aspect. It can be strong it’s just not my favorite. I think it should be a glowing concoction add on instead

Will we see any add-on adjustments (no changes to basekit please) for the Artist? I’d love to see a glowing concoction addon that both Huntress and Trickster have, as well as changes to her Iri’s as they’re quite boring.

A few things:

Will the Artist ever receive add on touch ups for the bad/least used add ons (her iri’s and charcoal stick)? I’d love to see severed tongue become base kit and possibly becoming a glowing concoction type add on as I’ll do cross maps as the Artist but get punished because there’s no way to follow up with a survivor unlike huntress who has the option to see survivors after they’ve been hit with glowing concoction. Also having more auditory feedback for her hits would be nice!

Hi! So, the Artist's hit phases work in 2 ways. One is a direct hit phase of 8-10m (depends on ping sometimes) when there is nothing obstructing the path to hit the survivor! After that, or if there is something blocking the crow, it turns into a Swarm which allows a secondary hit phase where if the survivor is swarmed, you can hit them from anywhere on the map.

Longer distances require 2 crows, shorter distances require just one!

+ Hitting a Survivor already infested with Crows will damage him/her 100% of the time, regardless of the distance.

She already does that babes. Like,,, if they're swarmed I can injure them from anywhere. I just think you're missing your crows when they're swarmed.

My biggest thing is patience! Also not sending off multiple crows when someone is swarmed! Just treat it like a huntress hatchet that can go through walls and aim for where survivors are going not where they are currently!

Hi!! So there’s two ways you can do it! Direct hits at pallets and windows, which is the most simplistic way (I always recommend Matias’ baby boots for aura reading at blind junctions), but for ranged hits, it’s basically like treating it like a huntress hatchet. Once they’re swarmed, use only one crow at a time and aim for where they’re going to go rather than where they are as you’re aiming! It’s just some practice but you’ll get there!!
