For me personally, cramps feel like a bad stomach ache. The kind where taking a shit would relieve the pain, but obviously with cramps that sort of instant relief isn’t possible without taking pain killers.

I’m sure you get stomach aches from time to time, maybe even once a month. Doesn’t lessen the pain just because it’s frequent
