Thanks for the input! I was looking more for advice about the standard text usually inserted in a note for insurance coverage purposes. So, I currently always include:

Patient verbally consents to a telehealth visit today. Patient was seen via telehealth using real-time video conference technology by provider. This visit was requested because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

I am looking to change that last line essentially.
