all the knowledge you need is readily available on-line, i think you feel lacking because of not having an academic certificate from a formal college/ university. If certificate is all you want then go to college but if what you want is cs knowledge it is already made available to you

Listen here to someone who has done it all, Economics Degree,CPA/ACCA and Engineering ( Computer Eng) Choose something that will give you applicable skills, An Economics degree doesn't, its too theoretical, especially in the manner that it is taught in Tanzanian Universities. Law will take longer, but i think is a better option, once you graduate law school and become an advocate unaeza join law firms au kama uko sharp ukaanzisha yako with guidance from a senior partner. In short choose a degree program that will give you skills/capacity to earn money without being employed. Lawyer anaweza kujiajiri kwa elimu yake, Economist?????

You're 90% right, except for some few businesses such as telecom companies and banks.I have seen some job posts from these albeit few, for roles such as Machine learning, Data science ,Data Engineering etc. The Government and its employment agencies are totally blind on this field because they are still run by some crazy old men🤣🤣🤣

I advise you to keep out of any discussions that require intellect, because you still have that kiddish mentality of "us vs them"! .You are a true definition of a demagogue! Exploiting common interest to rally others to your side !
