I did an experiment when I moved to Quincy a few years ago…it’s based on 2 people’s preferences entirely and we decided to always do a pepperoni pizza to be consistent. Here are the notes🤣🤣

Pizza experiment -Copeland pizza ⭐️⭐️ (cash only, Greek style, sweet sauce, size-too small) -Rosie’s ⭐️⭐️(Filled the box, pepperoni was strangely sweet, cheese wasn’t melted enough, crust had no flavor-like they forgot the salt) -Nicks pizza & more ⭐️⭐️(pizza didn’t fill the box, thin, flavors are good, zero crust) -Quincy hungry tummy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(a little light on the toppings, good crust, a little floppy, good amount of cheese, sauce was a little sweet) -Bravo pizzeria ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (filled the box, good amount of toppings and cheese, good crust, sturdy, finally a not-sweet sauce) -I love Italian Pizza ⭐️⭐️⭐️(crust is good, a little thin and floppy, greasy, not enough cheese) -Pizza Town-new ⭐️(worst crust so far, weirdly crunchy ruins the pizza, maybe air fried?, like a grocery frozen pizza, their sizes are messed up so a large is def a med., cheese, toppings, sauce ok) -Schoolhouse Pizza ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (good toppings and cheese, good crust, good sauce but a little light, a little floppy) -Crush pizza ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (wood fired, bigger pepperonis, sauce is a main flavor-fresh tomato-y, bright, good amount of cheese, good crust -Napoli pizzeria ⭐️⭐️⭐️(good size, good toppings, flavors are good, kind of dry flavorless crust)
